Marius Linkevičius is one of the first Talents Football Academy - TFA coaches, who describe his relationship with football with the words "Positive addiction". Due to a meniscus injury, the youngster of the "Sūduva" youth education system turned to the path of a coach instead of a professional football player, but he can still often be seen on the football field, especially on the small-side football field. The defender has been playing in the Vilnius MFL League for six seasons wearing FK "Eagle Team" shirts.
